Also file a police report with the local authorities, whether it’s for theft, theft by deception, home repair fraud, which can all be felonies.

This guy always has excuses, (ie. In the hospital, mom sick, mom died, captured by ICE, sick, etc).
His MO is always the same: take a deposit from someone, never to return, or do shoddy work (because he has no clue what he’s doing), or begin a project with no intention of finishing it. I’ve also heard that he will take a deposit, do some of the work, usually demo, and then demand the rest of the payment if the customer wants the job finished. Then after he gets the remainder of the payment, he disappears.

Peter Valez threatens his victims after they call him out, after they post a review, after they share their story on social media. He also lies, typically, stating that they broke the contract. He threatens with the same bullshit every time. He claims he’s going to sue for defamation or slander, he’s going to sue and take their house. This guy is a fucking joke. He’s a piece of garbage. He belongs in prison.

Next Door sucks! It’s full of crooks like Peter. It took them months to ban him after several victims contacted support and shared their experience with him.
